Buckle Caravan Park is situated between Brighton & Eastbourne, and is a quiet family run park adjoining the English Channel in the town of Seaford just off the A259. Nearest train station Bishopstone Seaford has a comprehensive range of shops and supermarkets, many restaurants and public houses.

The park itself is on level grassland with individual marked pitches of a generous size to avoid over crowding and make you feel comfortable. Many pitches have electric hook ups and there is an adult only field, if your require it.

Tents are welcome and are separated from the caravans and motorvans and have their own section of the park.

We have two toilet and shower blocks with ample hot water, and showers are free. We also have dishwashing areas and chemical disposal points, we sell Calor Gas and Camping Gaz, we also charge batteries and freeze ice packs.

There are many places you can visit, Brighton is only 12 miles away and Eastbourne is about 10 miles, also there is Drusillas Zoo, Michelham Priory, Great Dixter House, The Living World at the Seven Sisters Country Park, and the sheep centre, Bentley Wild Fowl & Motor Museum, Middle Farm Countryside Centre, Paradise Park.

These are just a few close by, 20 miles East is Hastings & Battle and the 1066 country, also Arundel Castle 30 miles. Closer to home are Hurstmonceux Castle and Pevensey Castle and the long man of Willmington and many more.

Shops, Swimming Pools and golf courses are all close by. Buckle Caravan Park has no clubs, pubs, bingo or slot machines etc., it is just a peaceful and quite park with only the rabbits and ducks running wild.

The weather we cannot guarantee, but we do have the best sunshine record in England. What more do you want? get packing, see you soon.

Newhaven is the town 2 miles West of the park, and has a fort that has been restored to its World War 2 status, and is where many men left for Dunkirk in World War 2.

It is also where the ferry leaves twice daily for Dieppe. 'Ideal for a day trip' to France. (Don't forget your passport.)

The range of White Cliffs in the photo below are the famous Seven Sisters in all their glory, and can now only be seen from Seaford. Just a short walk from the park to Seaford Head, and also in the distance is Beachy Head.

You can now see that we have much to offer, and we have not yet mentioned the South Downs, which are also within walking distance from Buckle Caravan Park.
